Prov’l. Capitol holds One Stop Shop

                ROXAS CITY—In celebration of the 111^th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, the Civil Service Commission, Capiz Field Office and the province of Capiz will hold a One Stop Shop on September 22 at the Governors Hall, Capitol Building with the theme Capiznon nga Serbisyo Publiko sa Capitolyo.

                According to Ma. Cynthia Aranas-Gellegani, Director II of CSC Provincial Field Office, this celebration is based on Memorandum Circular No. 17, series of 2011 that the whole month of September would be the Civil Service month.

                Part of their activities also is to give an award to the Rural Health Unit of the Municipality of Dumalag being this year’s Outstanding Public Servant in Pag-asa Award Category national level.

                Vice Governor Esteban “Nonoy” Contreras, PESO Manager said that they are hiring 250 call center agents to be deployed in Cebu City with a salary range of P16,000 and above. The requirements should be an accumulated 72 units, 18-60 years old. Within that day, the applicants will know if they are hired or not, because after they give their resume to the agency, on–the-spot initial interview, written communication and final interview will be conducted. If ever they will be hired, immediately they avail the package of signing a one month contract, free accommodation and transportation. There are no placement fees to be collected.

                Also participated on the said event were the GSIS, SSS, PAG-IBIG, DOLE, DTI, PHILHEALTH, TESDA, DOST, CSC, Provincial Agriculture, Provincial Veterinarian Office, Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office and Public Employment Service Office.
